What happens in a session
Sessions are private, confidential and time-bound.
We meet online via video or audio call. Camera use is optional. The floor is yours. You won’t be talking into silence or to someone emotionally unavailable. This is a real conversation. I listen closely, respond with care and reflect back what I hear without judgement or pressure to fix anything.
You can talk about whatever feels heavy: caregiving, relationships, resentment, exhaustion, guilt, fear, or simply the weight of holding it all together.

Sessions are limited to the booked time. If a session moves into crisis territory, I may gently pause or end the call and encourage appropriate professional support.
